| Pets more than Welcome!. Have you ever had that sinking feeling when you find your ideal holiday cottage only to find out the owners wont accept a pet? Well that's how we aim to differ.
Harbour's Reach is ideally configured to allow a pet direct access to the rear courtyard from the utility area without having to have the dog in the main house. Moreover access to the courtyard is only a short distance through the main hallway thereby keeping dirty dogs in check.
The cottage is registered as "Pet Friendly" with Enjoy England. |
| Being centrally located within Padstow, Harbour's Reach is only a short walk to the start of the Camel Trail from which you can walk or cycle with your dog to Wadebridge, Bodmin or the full 34 mile round trip to Poleys Bridge. Cycle Hire is available locally at the start of the trail with dog carriers for smaller dogs who may need assistance for part of the journey. |  | In order to be fair to our "non dog loving" guests and to keep the property in top quality condition which everyone expects and deserves we do sadly limit the number of dogs to one. |
A number of other walks around the Coastal Path and to the nearby beaches are just a short walk away thereby making the cottage ideal for dog walks both short or long.
One of our favourite walks takes in the ferry to Rock and a longish walk to Polzeath. Overall its about an hour to hour and a half across cliffs and the beach. The destination point has a wonderful bar/bistro called the Waterfront from which snacks, lunches and a refreshing tipple can be purchased.
